Job Description
- Oversee and improve PO processing and commercial fulfillment operations.
- Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in productivity and fulfillment.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing, streamline RL to PO processes, and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the success of process changes.
- Lead internal training and implementation of new tools and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on initiatives and resolve issues.
- Monitor metrics, project status, and team performance to meet targets.
- Manage supplier documents for promotional partnerships and ensure accuracy.
- Lead and mentor the Commercial Fulfillment Admin team, focusing on productivity and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in business operations or project management.
- Strong knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Tableau, SQL, MS Office).
- Leadership experience, preferably in E-commerce.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to lead change and collaborate effectively.
