Job Description
- Operation Excellence & Strategy
- Perform daily PO processing excellence
- Perform problem solving related to PO processing operations, proactively collect issues/ findings happened in daily routine PO processing and escalate to relevant stakeholders
- Monitor the overall PR to PO completion, create and input Purchase Order, sweep the unprocessed PR/ incomplete PO, and propose initiatives or action plans to increase the PO completion, streamline PO process, improve productivity, and fulfillment rate performance
- Advise other admins about the end-to-end process of purchasing, perform RL distribution which must be approved by Comful SPV/ Lead to all comful admin in his/her group, and ensure timely and successful completion
- Work with key stakeholders, including supply chain, category, finance, operations, and others related teams to escalate issues, advise a resolution to PO operations issues, and ensure alignment on initiatives.
- Coordinating with suppliers for PO daily routine
2.BAU
- Monitor operational metrics, i.e PO completion and SLA compliance, PO accuracy, on time inbound rate, fulfillment rate, and maintain a good quality of work by ensuring the compliance of RL check/ validation process, and the overall end to end PO processing
- Increase his/her own productivity performance such as improve the % RL to PO Generated <24 hours, and reduce RL to PO avg processing time.
- Proactively report to Comful SPV/Lead, and problem solve the operation issues coming from PO created him/her
- Coaching with the Supervisor/ Lead for supporting the development process, refreshing SOP, and aligning on initiatives.
- Ensure a smooth daily PO execution for supporting PO regular and prioritized projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Communication / Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Admin, Supply Chain, PO processing, Procurement, Category
- Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment
- Highly organized and continuous follow-through
- Drive to get things done/can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn new things
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems
- Basic to Intermediate in Excel (especially PivotTable, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
- Have experienced in FMCG / ecommerce industry would be good
