Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop creative campaign concepts aligned with commercial opportunities, brand partnerships, and IP initiatives.
Craft campaign narratives, storytelling frameworks, and copy direction for integrated marketing campaigns.
Translate partnership opportunities and sponsorship collaborations into engaging campaign and content ideas.
Work closely with the designer and videographer to guide creative execution across digital content, campaigns, and activations.
Support the development of creative concepts for brand collaborations, events, and community activations.
Contribute to the preparation of campaign proposals, creative decks, and partnership presentations.
Ensure all creative outputs align with the campaign objective, brand tone, and commercial goals.

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or digital campaign planning (agency experience is a plus).
Strong ability in storytelling, campaign ideation, and content concept development.
Good understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content formats.
Able to translate brand or partnership briefs into creative campaign ideas.
Strong collaboration skills and comfortable working with creative production teams.
Proactive, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
