Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day communication with brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
Coordinate the execution of commercial projects across RWDGG portfolios, including campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
Support the development of partnership opportunities and brand collaborations across IPs, events, and digital initiatives.
Maintain and nurture relationships with brand partners, community partners, and external collaborators.
Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and production) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are executed smoothly.
Assist in identifying opportunities for partnership growth, renewals, and upselling across existing accounts.
Support the preparation of partnership proposals, commercial decks, and collaboration plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, brand collaborations, or agency roles.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or creative environment.
Interest in brand partnerships, events, media, and creative campaigns.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across different teams.
