Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Coordinate the execution of commercial projects across RWDGG portfolios, including campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
- Support the development of partnership opportunities and brand collaborations across IPs, events, and digital initiatives.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with brand partners, community partners, and external collaborators.
- Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, and production) to ensure project timelines and deliverables are executed smoothly.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for partnership growth, renewals, and upselling across existing accounts.
- Support the preparation of partnership proposals, commercial decks, and collaboration plans.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, partnerships, brand collaborations, or agency roles.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency or creative environment.
- Interest in brand partnerships, events, media, and creative campaigns.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate across different teams.
