Job Description
- Monitor, coach, and manage agent desk collections to achieve the decided target
- Provide evaluation of desk collection agents for improvement
- Track and report progress to other departments
- Train new and existing agents
- Frequent meetings with team and management
Requirements
- At least 1 years experience as Desk collection Team Leader
- Language Requirements: English (professional level)
- Preferably candidates that are familiar with Fintech Industry (preferably) or Financial Services
- Experience team management/ people management (handles large sum of people)
- Can work under pressure
