Job Description
- Analyze, collect, and record progress information
- Sending bills to customers/consumers until it paid.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and communications
- Keep good relationships with customers/ consumers
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collection or similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
