Job Description
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization and prospective customers as you look to build out the customer portfolio.
- Develop new customers, new products, and new markets; maximize volumes, sales margins, and customer profitability
- Liaise with various department locally (CS,Finance,Sustainability, Warehouse,QA, Production and R&D) with regional colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and product promotion through exhibitions and other channels
- Initiate workshop to increase brand awareness of the customer
- Assist with Customer Service to follow up on the delivery of goods to customers,and NR on time. Provide input to marketing and R&D about new products, competitors' new items,etc
- Produce timely and accurate reports of the business activities Target market: all manufacture with cocoa as ingredients
- Travel requirements:up to 60% travel required
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration,Marketing, Food Science,Food Technology or similar
- 5+ years of experience in the food industry, flavor, or palmoil
- Experience in Project Management & team leadership
- Outstanding presentation skills and showing can do attitude
- Experience in Sales or client interaction, negotiation and persuasive communication
- Good knowledge of working tools (MS Office,Salesforce,SAP}
- Entrepreneurship, self-starter & motivator with ownership and accountabilty
- Flexibility to adapt and respond quickly to changing work situations and environments
- Fluent Business English and local language. Basic mandarin will be beneficial, not mandatory
