We’re looking for a talented Clinic Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and scale our clinic network through disciplined execution, strong governance, and operational excellence.
Position Overview:
Bumame is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how our clinics network operates, scales, and delivers care. This position governs clinic performance through standardized operating systems, KPIs, and disciplined operating cadence, ensuring every site consistently delivers safe, efficient, and financially sustainable services aligned with enterprise clinical and business priorities. Working directly with senior leadership, this role transforms strategy into execution by redesigning workflows, removing structural bottlenecks, and unlocking capacity across clinics, homecare, and core enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring Bumame’s vision for exceptional healthcare experience to life consistently across all clinic locations.
- Translate enterprise strategy into clear clinic priorities, measurable targets, and executable action plans.
- Own end-to-end clinic performance across revenue, cost efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless daily operations with uncompromised patient flow, safety, and service excellence.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives to elevate efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
- Govern and institutionalize standardized operating procedures across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Maintain continuous clinic readiness covering staffing, equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Monitor operational KPIs proactively and resolve deviations before business or patient impact.
- Develop supervisors and frontline teams into true process owners and problem solvers.
- Build a strong culture of accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and audit standards.
- Serve as the operational integrator aligning doctors, nurses, administration, and management around shared clinic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.3/4.0).
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in lean operations, healthcare operations, site or retail, care delivery, preferably within multi-site environments.
- Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience, with proven ability to onboard, develop, and engage high-performing teams.
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities, including experience working with external partners.
- Demonstrated project management discipline with the ability to structure complexity, finding insights through data, manage competing priorities, and deliver with consistency.
- Highly driven self-starter with strong ownership mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity while executing with speed and accountability.
