Job Description
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a link between clients and different departments in the company, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally via email, chat, and phone.
- Identify and resolve client complaints or issues, either independently or with the team.
- Create feedback forms to gather input from clients.
- Monitor client transactions on relevant platforms to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any issues that arise.

- Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Able to interact well and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Has problem-solving skills and proactive in addressing client issues.
- Maintain positive collaboration with the cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in using communication tools and platforms.
