Job Description

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a link between clients and different departments in the company, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to client inquiries quickly and professionally via email, chat, and phone.
  • Identify and resolve client complaints or issues, either independently or with the team.
  • Create feedback forms to gather input from clients.
  • Monitor client transactions on relevant platforms to ensure everything runs smoothly and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English.
  • Able to interact well and build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Has problem-solving skills and proactive in addressing client issues.
  • Maintain positive collaboration with the cross-functional team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in using communication tools and platforms.
