Job Description
- Make sure studio cleanliness. Make sure the studio is in proper condition, this means the floor, mirror, tools, furniture, locker are clean before every class started, for any issue related to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Serving member with excellence service
- Handle member complaints
- Manage Member Database and Coach Database with 100% accurate, complete and easy to find.
- Manage and record properly stock items, merchandise, welcome packages.
- Keeping tools and equipment in the proper place and easy to find.
- Daily coordinated with the Account and Finance Department for daily reports in the Studio
- Support Studio Manager to selling membership packages and merchandise
- Perform Daily report, weekly report and monthly report
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK / final semester students
- Minimum 1 year working experience as sales / marketing / customer care / customer service / client relations, fresh graduates are welcome
- Having the ability to speak English is plus
- Willing to shift (morning & afternoon)
- Have responsibility, initiative, and empathy
- Have good communication, familiar with Ms Office / Google Docs/ Google Sheet
- Placement: North Jakarta: Kelapa Gading, Sunter, BSD
