Job Description
Support the building operational activities in the BINUS area by ensuring the building and support facilities maintenance activities and preventive maintenance conducted as planned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in relevant position.
- Proven experience supervising structural and finishing works for multi-story buildings.
- Experience in commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, hotels, hospitals, or educational facilities is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
