Job Description
Deskripsi Posisi:
- Membuat gambar teknik untuk infrastruktur yang akan dibangun sesuai dengan template yang telah disetujui sebelumnya.
- Membuat rencana anggaran biaya untuk projek konstruksi fasilitas umum.
- Membuat perencanaan inspeksi konstruksi dan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan konstruksi.
- Project pembangunan mess / kantor (mulai dari draft, RAB, Rekrutmen Tukang, hingga finishing)
- Pemeliharaan aset bangunan
- Rencana tahunan penggunaan dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur .
- Memastikan penerapan SHE wilayah kerja berjalan sesuai dengan SOP.
Requirements
Spesifikasi Posisi:
- S1 Teknik Sipil atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
- Pengalaman di Konstruksi minimal 2 tahun dalam posisi sejenis.
- AutoCad, RAB, Project Inspection, & Perencanaan
- Memiliki Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, dan Perencanaan yang kuat.
