Job Description
- Serve as a Solo Launcher to spearhead the launch of Kargo's TMS SaaS product and new business operations in China
- Drive End-to-End Product Development and Localization based on the needs of the Chinese market.
- Act as the bridge between the China market and Core Regional Team (Product Management and Engineering) to deliver best product experience to Chinese Market
- Access & Onboard Freight Forwarders with operations and business requirement
- Map out Current and Future operations process & business requirement
- Build strong relationships with Clients, Partners, and Vendors to align requirements and deliver business objectives.
- Partner with China Vendors/3PLs to execute seamless system integrations.
- Lead internal testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients and vendors.
- Conduct training sessions with clients and vendors to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, prioritization, development, testing, and launch to post-launch improvements.
- Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRD) to define user pain points, product value, and business impact.
- Align the China Product Roadmap with Kargo Global Product Roadmap and Strategy.
- Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements.
- Implement data-driven product development, focusing on success metrics and OKRs.
- Collaborate with the China Business and Expansion Team to identify new opportunities for growth in the region.
Requirements
- Must be based in Shenzhen, China.
- Background in Logistics SaaS or similar industries is a strong plus.
- Previous experience launching products in new regions is highly desirable.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in product management.
- 2-5 years of Freight Forwarding, Cross-Border and Export experiences.
- Proven experience in multi-country or regional roles.
- A problem solver with clear structure and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
