Job Description
CEO Proxy & Air Traffic Control
Serve as the CEO's stand-in when they're unavailable, filtering requests so they only deal with high-priority issues and representing them in internal meetings.
Strategic Projects & OKRs
Lead cross-functional or unassigned projects and keep all departments aligned through the OKR process.
Communications & Culture
Keep the team informed and connected to the CEO's direction. Own internal updates, briefings, and All Hands materials.
Leadership Coordination
Run leadership meeting agendas, track action items, and hold department heads accountable to deadlines.
Requirements
- Versatile skillset : You're comfortable switching between tasks
- Proactive mindset
- Strong people skills : You can read a room, communicate well across teams, and work with different personalities.
- Relevant experience : 5+ years in operations, project management, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication : You write and speak in a way that's easy to understand and professional.
- Comfortable with modern tools : Familiar with Slack, Notion or Asana, and open to using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to work more efficiently.
- A steady presence : You stay grounded under pressure and find your way through ambiguity.
