Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects engineering, maintenance engineering, ICT (information communication & technology), IOT (internet of things), energy efficiency (green building) and repair of the property.
- Ensuring maximum all building stakeholder satisfaction with highest standard including risk management.
- Responsible for all preventive maintenance and monitor building necessary maintenance & repair progress.
- Prepare annual budget, oversee progress and determine action to achieve of planned profit through planning, organization & control of the overall engineering operation.
- Responsible for performance of Technician team and building engineering operation.
- Control, Supervise, and Evaluate physical condition of facilities as property standards.
- Ensuring that the project implementation plan can be realized through the overall project work plan.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical with GPA at least 3.0 from reputable university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a major commercial office/mall/hotel, Hospital & residential building.
- Has a strong leadership.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Living in Bali
