Job Description
- Managing projects related to Chemistry and Buyer requirements
- Overseeing Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes for shoes
- Resolving defects or claims effectively
- Collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency
- Engaging with technical issues and providing solutions
- Leading digitalization projects to enhance operational processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Willing to be placed in Serang, Banten
