Job Description
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid ads (FB/IG Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads)
- Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, and Shopee Seller Center
- Create and maintain ad performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Conduct audience, keyword, and trend research relevant to the industry
- Support A/B testing for creatives, copywriting, and targeting strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Requirements
- Active university student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, especially performance marketing
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Shopee Ads is a plus
- Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, and basic data analysis
- Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and proactive
- Fluent in English
- Participation in digital marketing workshops (e.g., RevoU or similar) or previous experience in managing ad campaigns is a strong advantage
