Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Develop and execute channel marketing programs aligned with business directions, customer segments, channel types, and operational team requirements to support sales target achievement.
- Collect, process, and analyze marketing and sales performance data across regions using statistical methods, then interpret and present insights in clear and structured reports for stakeholders.
- Utilize historical sales and marketing performance data as a basis for designing, evaluating, and optimizing marketing programs by identifying areas to maintain and further develop.
- Design and implement personalized marketing programs based on customer behavior, preferences, and channel characteristics.
- Identify, engage, and negotiate with relevant external partners to support the execution of marketing programs and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business and operational execution.
- Ensure marketing programs are implemented according to plan and monitor performance to achieve predefined targets.
- Manage and ensure completeness of promotional administrative requirements (e.g. IM, databases, reports, and supporting documents) in accordance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
Does this match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, Public Relations, or related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a channel marketing or marketing specialist
- Relevant knowledge in the beauty industry marketing
