Job Description

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency to support the overall growth objectives of the company.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the online shopping experience and improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Research and identify new sales channels and partnership opportunities to reach target audiences and expand market presence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including online marketplaces, affiliates, influencers, and other strategic partners.
  • Monitor inventory levels and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of orders and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries through various channels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive channel growth and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing opportunities and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of channel strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new channels and optimize existing ones for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum 2 years as a Partnership/Business Development in F&B Industry.
  • Experienced of successful project management and relationships made with partners.
  • Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment.
  • Drive to get things done/can do attitude.
  • Highly organized and continuous follow through.
  • Able to work independently and effectively is a must.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop agreements with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to analyze data and deliver insights.
