- Receive and process requests, providing necessary data for various functions, including sales-related information, customer insights, transaction data, forecasts, new customer data, organizational structures, and other information as needed.
- Develop a streamlined plan to improve data accessibility and efficiency, especially for routine data, ensuring that all the data requirements of Erha Ultimate Clinic Group are met.
- Utilize statistical analysis techniques to extract valuable insights from data, assisting other departments in their decision-making and review processes related to sales and marketing.
- Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Generate reports and data visualizations that illustrate current trends and characteristics, along with explanatory notes to aid other departments in correctly interpreting the data.
- Maintain an up-to-date database related to clinic traffic to provide users with the latest data for formulating future strategies
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools.
- Competence in Microsoft Office
