Job Description
- Building planning and tracking execution on in-app placement to enhance user retention, such as: loyalty program and in-app placement utilisation
- Conducting projects for better user retention in liaise with product, campaign, as well as partnership team.
- Liaising with Campaign and CG Strategy Team for in-app placement utilisation and optimisation.
- Tracking and doing regular monitoring of the in-app utilisation performance to gather insights and point for iteration.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in growth and/or marketing.
- Meticulous, curious, structured, and having good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Ms. Excel).
- Communicate well in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Type of person that can cope with multi stakeholders and can manage various tasks for various functions.
- Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
