Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions within the gaming or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, payment systems, and digital transactions, particularly in relation to top-up services.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Solid financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, optimizing revenue streams, and ensuring financial sustainability.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Experience with digital platforms and technology, especially in mobile, online, or game-related services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in fast-paced and competitive environments.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and user preferences.
