About the Role
You’ll work side by side with the CEO and leadership team on strategic projects that drive Dealls’ growth. This role is perfect for someone who’s curious, fast-learning, and eager to see how a high-growth startup operates from the inside. You’ll touch everything from strategy and operations to marketing and partnerships—no two days will look the same.
What You’ll Do
- Support the CEO in daily operations, research, and special projects.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track OKRs and project timelines.
- Assist in partnership outreach, event preparation, and internal communications.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to existing workflows.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from a top university (business, economics, management, or related fields).
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience in consulting, startups, or student organizations.
- Passion for tech, talent, and building impactful products.
