Job Description
Role Summary
You will support the CEO in preparing and managing external communications with senior stakeholders. This role focuses on drafting, structuring, and reasoning, with all messages reviewed before being sent. This is a high-trust role with strong exposure to executive-level interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft WhatsApp and short messages for CEO’s external communications
- Prepare multiple wording options and explain reasoning behind each
- Map basic follow-up scenarios (what to send next, or when to pause)
- Maintain politeness, clarity, and professional tone
- Track ongoing conversations and suggested next steps
- Learn how to communicate upward and externally with judgment
Requirements
Must-have
- 0–3 years experience (open to strong fresh graduates)
- Excellent written Indonesian
- Strong empathy and social awareness
- Able to explain why a message is written a certain way
- Calm, discreet, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points
- Exposure to:
- Student leadership organizations
- Corporate communications
- Comfortable interacting with senior or authoritative figures
- Good written English
What This Role Is NOT
- Not calendar, travel, or admin-heavy EA work
- Not sales or pitching
- Not social media management
