Job Description
- Oversee and track the company's strategic initiatives and performance indicators.
- Perform comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitors, and feasibility to support strategic decisions.
- Evaluate and refine internal processes to boost organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Executive Assistant, Strategic Planner, or Chief of Staff.
- Proficiency in data analysis and numerical reasoning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to receive and act on feedback.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and effective interpersonal communication.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluency in English is highly advantageous.
