Job Description
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to inform decision-making.
- Drive & monitor strategic priorities & key metrics
- Analyze and improve organizational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the preparation of operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for the CEO’s review.
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for executive and board meetings.
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects.
- Work closely with multiple departments on testing and piloting new initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Strategic Planner).
- Comfortable with numbers.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Growth-mindset and openness towards feedback.
- Great leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous.
- Fluency in English is a huge plus.
