Job Description
- Provide insights to senior leadership for strategic business decisions
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on product/feature expansion, user feedback, new business expansion, competitive analysis, regulatory landscape, etc.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Gatekeeper for Organization Development (company manual/policies, building company culture)
- Support senior leadership in monitoring company performance
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree majoring in engineering, business, finance, or related fields
- Entrepreneurial and high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and strategic thinking skills
- 2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or corporate strategy in fintech/consumertech
