Job Description
- Training Execution for Hub Kitchen Operations
- Conduct day-to-day training activities for onboarding, product knowledge, and SOPs.
- Deliver training in Training Center and during OJT at the hub.
- Facilitate practical assessments and training evaluations.
- Content Development & Feedback Collection
- Assist in creating and updating training materials (manuals, decks, videos).
- Ensure training materials are aligned with current SOPs and product specs.
- Manage the documentation and dissemination of SOPs.
- Act as support to field trainers during OJT.
- Collect feedback from trainees and report back areas of improvement.
- Performance Evaluation & Monitoring
- Develop and monitor training KPIs (e.g., assessment scores, post-training performance, probation pass rate).
- Track progress and conduct regular review cycles (e.g., refresher training, offboarding skill audit).
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in training, preferably in F&B, warehouse, or retail operations.
- Experience as a supervisor or crew in a similar F&B/operations setting is a plus.
- Passionate about learning & development and developing others.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to follow through on training plans.
- Willing to be mobile for training activities across hubs.
