Job Description
Job Summary:
You will support the Center of Excellence (CoE) team in PT SMART’s S/4HANA Project 2026 by assisting in data migration, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization. The role involves reviewing training materials, supporting impact assessments, updating SOPs, and helping analyze and improve business processes to ensure smooth integration into SAP S/4HANA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Center of Excellence (CoE) team in managing key phases of the S/4HANA project, including data migration, testing, training, deployment, and stabilization.
- Support PT SMART’s S/4 Project 2026, including the integration of existing business processes into SAP S/4HANA.
- Assist the CoE team in analyzing, reviewing, and improving data and business processes.
- Review existing training materials and provide updates or improvements as needed.
- Support the impact assessment process related to system and process changes.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with project requirements.
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of data migration activities.
Requirements
- Final year student (with NO ACTIVE CLASSES) or fresh graduate, majoring in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or other related fields
- GPA > 3.5
- Strong interest in Application Development, Statistics, and Process Environment
- Strong written and verbal command of English is required
- Medium to advanced level experience in operating Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is a must
- Comfortable with detail and managing large amounts of data
- Experience with SAP in any modules would be advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to different tasks as needed
- Available to fully work from office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30)
- Available for a 12 MONTHS internship duration with COMMITMENT
