Job Description
- Design and develop global employability and entrepreneurship strategies in collaboration with the Deputy Campus Director – Institutional Development & Collaboration.
- Manage and ensure effective implementation of global employability and entrepreneurship strategies.
- Monitor effective implementation of policies, guidelines, and practices related to Digital Technopreneurship activities.
- Manage relationships with global employability and entrepreneurship stakeholders.
- Collaborate with relevant internal and external global employability and entrepreneurship stakeholders, and conduct de-bottlenecking activities.
- Ensure a good reputation for BINUS @Malang Campus among key global employability and entrepreneurship stakeholders.
- Ensure awareness of and interest in entrepreneurship programs for BINUS @Malang Campus students (e.g., business plan competitions, mentorship programs).
- Monitor and improve students' experience in global employability and entrepreneurship activities.
- Monitor the sustainable Incubator system program.
- Compile, maintain, and file all required reports, records, and other documents.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in any major.
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience, including 3 years at the supervisory level.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
