Job Description
1. Develop and execute category strategies, including dealing promotions with Suppliers and products assortment.
2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for potential products and innovative promotion scheme in existing markets.
3. Analyze sales and brand performance on regularly basis.
4. Build and maintain strong relationship with Suppliers to negotiate cost improvements, promotion budget and reliable delivery schedules.
5. Work closely with Sales Strategy, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to deliver strategic projects that align with business objectives.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree from any major.
2. Have minimum 2 year experience as Buyer, Merchandising or Sourcing within online commerce, FMCG or retail industries.
3. Have experience in Supplier negotiations and relationship management.
4. Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
5. Can start as soon as early August 2025.
6. Able to work on-site, once a week.
