Job Description
- Maintain relationships and communication with suppliers to understand their problems, available items and volume capacity.
- Create Purchase Orders for suppliers based on the Inventory and Demand Forecast from the Supply Chain team.
- Negotiate with suppliers on the Buying Price.
- Do daily monitoring and analysis for Buying Price, Fulfillment Rate and Timeliness of suppliers.
- Coordinate with Downstream and QC team for Supplier Inbound Time Slot
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic background, i.e. a GPA > 3.00. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Data-driven and good with numbers.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, proactive mindset, attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent negotiation skills.
- Able to manage daily conversations with suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Have basic knowledge of Agriculture
- Willing to WFO (Hybrid Arragement) to Segari's Head Office in Cirendeu.
