Job Description
- Develop and execute the Diapers and Baby Milk category strategy, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, to drive sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and visibility of the product.
 - Manage the product assortment for the Diapers and Baby Milk category, ensuring it aligns with market trends, customer preferences, and business goals.
 - Establish good relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions to ensure competitive advantage and optimal product availability.
 - Forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and implement inventory replenishment strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
 - Analyze and monitor sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
 - Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand the market landscape, identify emerging trends, and capitalize on competitive opportunities.
 - Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and operational plans that drive category performance.
 - Maintain revenue (gross margin and commercial margin) weekly to monthly by category
 
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Diapers and Baby Milk category management, merchandising, or related roles within an e-commerce or retail environment.
 - In-depth understanding of the e-commerce industry, including online retail trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
 - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and customer insights to make informed decisions and drive category growth.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate with vendors, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
 - Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives.
 - Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and industry trends.
