Job Description
- Lead All Collection Center
- a. Lead all Collection Center Lead in Segari.
- b. Do initiatives to improve productivity, quality, timeliness and cost.
- c. Evaluate and report the performance metrics of each Collection Center.
- Manage Collection Center Ops in Lembang
- a. Inbound: Oversee the inbound process such as unloading and staging of the raw materials.
- b. Process: Control the process from sorting, trimming, drying, packaging and labelling.
- c. Outbound: Oversee the outbound process such as validating, loading and shipping.
- Maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
Requirements
- Min. bachelor's degree from reputable universities.
- Minimum have 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Basic knowledge of the Agriculture process will be a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Sheets / Ms. Excel.
- Integrity, high initiatives and motivation for field working.
- Having a driving licence A / C will be a plus.
