Job Description
- Support the development, execution, and optimization of revenue-generating partnerships. Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new strategic partners.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics and revenue impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with category and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with go-to-market strategies.
- Help create and manage partnership materials (pitch decks, proposals, reports).
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure smooth partnership implementation and delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the partnership landscape.
- While you will not be individually responsible for this metric, some of the metrics that we will collectively work towards and measure is: Revenue growth & Profit margin
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably (but not limited to) Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or related roles. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or tech environment would be a plus point.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to recommend data-driven decision-making (dashboards, reports, ad hoc analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides. Familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for building long-term business relationships.
