Job Description

  1. You will be in charge of all assets on the Segari platform that are not promo-related, and will play a key role in determining the daily look and feel of the platform.
  2. Your goal will be to create an engaging shopping experience and storefront by both 1) utilising existing assets; and 2) creating new assets in collaboration with Product team
  3. In order to do this, you will need to work with each category and sales divisions to select and curate what is most relevant to the customer and strategize how to present that information in an easily digestible format for our customers
  4. You will also work with our Brand, Creative and Revenue teams to set the strategy and concept per period
  5. You will also need to fundamentally understand our customers, which will require a lot of customer interviews and deep thinking. 
  6. While you will not be individually responsible for this metric, some of the metrics that we will collectively work towards and measure is: 
  7. Increasing in-app conversion through non-promo related levers 
  8. Traffic per user

Requirements

  1. Have at least 2 years experience in a category development, product marketing or similar role
  2. Strong passion for grocery, cooking and food, or keen interest in developing one
  3. Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  4. Ability to think conceptually and creatively
  5. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  6. Ability and interest in empathizing with customers
