Job Description
- Managing and evaluating category beef, seafood, poultry & protein.
- Maintain relationship and communication with supplier for available items, pricing, MoQ and fulfillment.
- Supervise ACS team for daily PO, payment, etc and Supply Chain team for supply and production planning, etc.
- Coordinate with other stakeholder such as downstream and QC team regardings supplier things.
- You will also need to monitor & prepare reports regarding buying things.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of working experience in retail industries, preferably from related category.
- Have been in a category developement, buying / sourcing, marketing project or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of buying / sourcing principles and negotiation skill.
- Ability to work with data and numbers.
- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.
- Ability to think conceptually.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
