Job Description
- Identify potential vendors, negotiate agreements and pricing, and oversee the entire vendor engagement process, such as vendor invoices and payments.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for new products and collaborate with the Customer Growth team.
- Responsible for the SKU management process, including registration, naming, description, pricing, and conceptualising the product’s packaging design.
- Curate and regularly monitor and maintain keywords to help product boosting or visibility and performance.
- Collaborate closely with other relevant teams to facilitate successful product launches.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, offline retail, or the FMCG industry.
- Fresh graduates with internship experiences in a similar role are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in food technology, industrial engineering, or business.
- Detail-oriented, able to work administratively, someone who is meticulous!
- Familiar with all Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit & enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Creative, proactive, passionate to learn new things and able to adapt to new challenges.
- Not afraid to make mistakes & make the best out of every process & learning :)
