Job Description
- Input and maintain accurate SKU information related to description, new item, photo, pricing, availability, category page, and other relevant information
- Prepare and maintain regular report or documents
- Respond to customer complaints and be able to escalate them to the appropriate department if needed
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (business, supply chain management, etc.), preferably at the undergraduate level
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications
- Strong interest in FMCG and a desire to learn about the industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy data
