Job Description

  • Input and maintain accurate SKU information related to description, new item, photo, pricing, availability, category page, and other relevant information
  • Prepare and maintain regular report or documents 
  • Respond to customer complaints and be able to escalate them to the appropriate department if needed

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (business, supply chain management, etc.), preferably at the undergraduate level
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Strong interest in FMCG and a desire to learn about the industry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy data
