Job Description
- Accurately handle cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide recommendations if needed
- Operate the cash register efficiently, balancing the till at the start and end of shifts
- Address customer issues or complaints in a polite and professional manner, or escalate to a manager when necessary
Requirements
- Friendly and approachable demeanor; ability to interact positively with customers
- Familiarity with operating cash registers, handling cash, credit cards, and processing payments
- Ability to ensure accuracy in orders and transactions
- Min. 1 year previous experience food service or cashier roles
