Job Description
We are currently hiring for our sister company, based in Bandung.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
- Serve customer orders in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure dining equipment and utensils are available and ready for use.
- Perform upselling, cross-selling, and encourage repeat orders to boost sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area at all times.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Record and report outlet inventory in accordance with SOP.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain Floor in the F&B
- Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.
- Placement in Bandung (DAGO)
