Job Description
- Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies tailored to target audiences and aligned with organizational goals.
 - Identify key campaign objectives, target metrics, and timelines.
 - Conduct research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
 - Leverage insights to inform campaign content and strategy.
 - Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign assets, including visuals, copy, and multimedia.
 - Ensure messaging is consistent across all platforms and resonates with the target audience.
 - Oversee the implementation of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline platforms.
 - Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
 - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
 - Generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
 - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and success.
 - Present campaign strategies and results to senior management and relevant teams.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
 - Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, or a similar role.
 - Ability to design data-driven, customer-focused campaign strategies.
 - Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing software).
 - Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
 - Strong skills in data interpretation and deriving actionable insights.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder management and collaboration.
 - Ability to develop creative concepts that resonate with the audience and stand out in the market.
