Job Description
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure campaign alignment and success.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare and present campaign performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B tests and other strategies to enhance effectiveness.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining campaign documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of experience in campaign management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and a willingness to think outside the box.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
