Job Description
- Conduct forecasting with Google Ad Manager to ensure upcoming campaign briefs are feasible to run
- Build audience to be targeted with the ads, based on the campaign brief
- Assist with Campaign Booking & Setup
- Conduct softbooking and hardbooking
- Start new email threads to brief related teams (Ad Operations, Sales, Admin teams) to set up for upcoming campaigns
- Work closely with the Sales Team to gather the ad materials (creatives, Landing Page, etc.)
- Monitor the performance of the campaigns and suggest improvements to optimize the campaign
- Working closely with the AdOps team in monitoring, analyzing, reporting
Requirements
ACADEMIC
- Min. Bachelor in any major (Digital Advertising/Marketing is preferred)
PROFESSIONAL
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Digital Advertising fields (Digital Marketing, Ad Operations, etc.)
- Able to identify issues and and share recommendations to improve ads campaign delivery
- Having good relationships with multiple stakeholders
BEHAVIORAL
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Focus on time management and organization
- A fast learner and keen to explore tech updates
- A team player and excellent social skills
