Job Description
- Develop and implement profitability-enhancing strategies, including discount plans and testing initiatives across categories.
- Plan discount reductions and price increases to offset cost impacts, while ensuring market value capture.
- Create and stress-test campaign mechanisms and messaging to achieve topline targets.
- Implement price and discount changes, optimize contractual discounting, and analyze pricing data to provide strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate pricing change requests, considering margin impact, incremental volume, and competitor pricing levels.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, finance, and other teams to build support for promotional and campaign strategies.
- Track cost movements and assist in creating effective promotional campaigns.
- Review and assess project timelines, tonality, and target audience for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to execute media buying campaigns across various channels and platforms.
- Monitor campaign coordination with cross-department teams to ensure timely rollouts and success metrics.
- Review weekly reports for in-app asset PL campaigns and GTM Plans before distribution.
- Manage team operations, including hiring, goal setting, training, coaching/mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, pricing, and campaign strategy.
- Meticulous, curious, structured, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid data-driven analytical skills for valuable marketing and business insights.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Effective communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Adaptable to multiple stakeholders and tasks across various functions.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, and adept at managing challenges.
- Preferably experienced in technology, e-commerce, online marketing, retail, or management consultancy.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with keen attention to details.
- Good interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in an international team environment.
