Job Description
- Campaign strategy: develop campaign concepts and strategy decks for product launches and corporate initiatives, translating brand pillars into executable plans.
- Messaging frameworks: build messaging and content pillar frameworks that keep language and positioning consistent across channels and campaigns.
- Editorial planning: own the editorial calendar across owned channels, coordinating timing and content type with the wider marketing and communications team.
- Cross-functional briefing: translate campaign strategy into clear creative briefs for design, digital, and multimedia specialists.
- Executive content support: produce first-draft content for senior leadership, including LinkedIn and other executive-voice materials, for review and sign-off by the Head of Communications.
- Performance awareness: track campaign reach, engagement, and message-consistency metrics, and adjust content strategy based on what is and isn't landing.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in campaign strategy, content strategy, brand storytelling, or a closely related marketing/communications discipline. Candidates with agency-side or in-house B2B experience, particularly in technology, cybersecurity, financial services, or telecommunications, are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of campaign or content strategy from concept through execution, with work samples or a portfolio available for review.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Comfortable working across content and campaign planning tools, and coordinating with design/digital/multimedia teams on execution.
- Strong written English and Bahasa Indonesia; able to maintain a consistent brand voice in both.
- Comfortable doing easy design work (e.g. Canva or similar tools), with a good sense of tone and color arrangement, and hands-on experience producing digital content. Has a demonstrated taste for what creates virality and can develop UGC-style content.
