Job Description
- Maintain and manage the validity of TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) and manage MCN links for any purpose of campaigns.
- Support the end-to-end of internal and external (brand) campaigns, particularly seeking creator collaborations.
- Ensure the fulfillment of agreed Scope of Work (SOW), including tracking content (LS & SV) submission and campaign deliverables, as well as ensuring brand support meets the SOW.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign timelines, deliverables, and documentation are properly managed.
- Assist in preparing partnership updates, campaign tracking, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Business, Marketing, Communications, or related majors.
- Previous internship, organizational, or project experience in campaign operations, project management, or marketing is preferred.Detail-oriented with excellent administrative and documentation skills.
- Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage campaign timelines effectively.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Sheets) or Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP), MCN, or creator campaigns is a plus.
