Job Description
- Resolve online issues for collection/telemarketing systems to ensure smooth business operations. Summarize problems and reduce online issues through technical solutions or SOPs, improving system stability.
- Gather feedback from frontline employees regarding collection/telemarketing systems, refine it into requirements, and enhance the system accordingly.
- Handle translation and training for collection/telemarketing systems.
- Inspect the daily operations of frontline staff and provide safety training to ensure user information security and compliance with business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or IT.
- Conversational fluency in Chinese.
- Prior experience in products/operations related to collection/telemarketing Call Center systems is an advantage.
- Fluent in English as the working language.
- Possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, professional demeanor, flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and technological proficiency.
