Job Description
- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH activities, to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all food and beverages are consistently high quality and served on time to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Supervise kitchen and service teams: scheduling, training, motivating, and evaluating staff performance for operational excellence.
- Control inventory, manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and work closely with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure accurate purchasing and cost control.
- Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Manage restaurant budget, optimize costs, track sales performance, and drive profitability targets.
- Collaborate with Head Chef to monitor menu performance, ensure items meet sales targets, and recommend changes if needed.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and take quick action to retain customer loyalty and boost revenue.
- Initiate and execute marketing programs (e.g., football watch parties) to drive traffic and sales.
- Create and update SOPs to keep operations efficient, revenue-focused, and guest experience consistently excellent.
- Report regularly to management on sales results, purchasing status, marketing initiatives, menu performance, and revenue improvement plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Head Chef, preferably both.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Deep understanding of food preparation, service excellence, and restaurant operations.
- Passionate about football and sports culture – we want someone who fits the spirit of Bali United!
- Willing to work flexible hours, especially during events and match days.
