Job Description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end vehicle buyback process.
- Supervise inspections and ensure accurate vehicle condition assessment.
- Coordinate with drivers/partners for scheduling and handover.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance with SOP.
- Manage and guide the buyback team to achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in car rental, fleet management, or automotive operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection and basic automotive understanding.
- Proven leadership experience in a team leader or supervisor role.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
